“Color-Blind” Instructions

The Concept: Players will be given the name of an obscure crayon and have to guess which color it is from a choice of three.

Items Needed: Optional worksheet (included as a separate PDF file)

Instructions: To play it as an individual game, you should use the alternate slide show that is included in the presentation. It will show all of the questions in order and give all of the answers at the end. To use the alternate slide show, go to Slide Show -> Custom Shows… -> Show. If you use the alternate show, you should pass out the optional worksheets and have the players mark the box on the grid with their choice of A, B, or C as the names of the colors are shown.

To play Color-Blind as a team game, split your group into teams and play the normal slide show. This can be fun because the group has to decide together on an answer. Have each team give the leader their decision of A, B, or C after each question appears on the screen. The answer will then be shown and the team/s with the correct answer will receive a point for that question.

Scoring: One point for each correct answer. There’s a tiebreaker if any of the teams/individuals are tied after the last question. The team or individual closest to the correct answer is the winner.
